"Hey so thank you very much for this amazing first experience, you helped me fast and from the getgo, I appreciate it a lot. I will be renting with you guys and gals again! Great platform, awesome service and fantastic and clean motorcycle as advertised, that’s the most important part. Prices seem overall fair, but definitely I would love to see 2 things, have better Wi-Fi at your rental location as the one you have is horrible and makes the whole do it yourself remotely rental experience very poor, since you can’t upload and pictures and can’t even sign the contract, I had to continuously go out or by the garage door and use mobile data otherwise it was impossible to do… and 2nd thing is would LOVE to see this on an app rather than a website which isn’t the most convenient using a phone to be honest, but nonetheless loved my time with you, and would love to see the 20€ extra fee not applicable if the rental day officially ends at 9pm when your garage closes rather than 7pm when the customer service closes. Anyways thank you a ton, I am impressed and happy!"
